Even though I do my best to maintain a high fat, high protein diet, I do supplement my macros with this #wheyprotein shake from @gnclivewell. It's made with stevia instead of sucralose which is much better for you. It has 100 calories, less than 0.5g of fat, 4g of carbs, 2g of sugar and most importantly, 20g of protein per scoop. I mixed mine this morning with half a @starbucks #nitrocoldbrew #freddo and some water. Today was arm day so I had a smaller breakfast of only two hard boiled eggs.
