I'm trying to get better at manual stacking and blending, but there always seems to be flaws with the end product (tree edges and top left corner stacking) and I get impatient/bored after manually stacking around the 4th image or so. Anyways, Michael Bentz and I headed up to the whites to two locations last week, this being the first. The clouds moved out except for one pesky orographic cloud that capped a mountain top to our south. It was a beautiful scene and I'm happy with how this one came out! I had to clone stamp a lot of satellites and planes out of sky photos.... EXIF:
Canon 6D and Canon 16-35 @ 16mm for all images.
Sky(5) ISO 4000, 20s f/2.8
Foreground (3) ISO 800 300s f/2.8
