I know that I can go throughout the day, not get overly hungry but if I haven't got a lot of macros left come evening time then I know it's game over.
I alwaaaays save enough macros for something sweet/filling that will make sure I can go to sleep semi hungry instead of ravenous 😅
At the moment my favourite night treat is @efectivnutri vanilla casein mixed in with 50g yoghurt, 5g cacao nibs and 5g of desiccated coconut, spread on to a chopping board and put in the freezer for 1 hour. Makes like a chocolate bark type thing and because it's frozen takes longer to eat.. winner 😁🤙🏼 topped with sugar free jelly and syrup! Approx 200 kcals depending on what brands you use (efectiv makes the best consistency/taste IMO)
