Flyingindance's diet & weight diary week 2⃣:
It's not easy to keep a clear head in a case of trying to get fit. I tried to run away from the temptation but it was really difficult to dig one's heels in. Here comes the delayed milestone - 0.5kg for the past week and here's the reasons why :
🔹 breakfast - maintained . I commend reducing / to get rid of M*lo. Not sure whether I am right, M*lo contains protomalt, a malted barley extract that supplies complex carbohydrates : the recommended source of energy in a balance diet. Thus, I believe it is good as a meal replacement, which means it is enough to go on to the evening. If you have a cup of m*lo in the morning , make sure you don't take any carbohydrates in the afternoon.
🔹 lunch - instead of three-spoonful, it is now small bowl half full of rice 🍚. Eat more early, eat less at night, this theory still prevails. 🍆🥒🥕🐟 is indispensable.
🔹 dinner - still eating whatever i like , also added sweetness to the meal. I know it was sinful to have desserts in a diet plan, but the heavy burden of existence prompt me to do it. Yes , it was my new job.
🔹 supper - a forbid. Friday was my cheat day , I had a bite of R*mli burger + a scoop of Durian Ice Kacang + a piece of P*blo Cheesecake. 🤦🏻♀
🔹 exercise maintain. And I went for a body massage to relief stress too.
It's a real feather in my cap , never had a sip of K*i tea or D*iry Milk Nai Cha for the past two weeks 👏🏼. 2.5 kgs to go 💪🏼. So who is with me ? Where are you my gym buddies @cp.pan @amanechong @hanlibubu ?
