I'm giving myself a 3 #month #goal so I can end 2017 on a good note . Today to dec 31 Im going to war with myself to find myself again . Although I'm going to enjoy good meals that I love to eat AKA My version of a #flexible diet , im also going to hit it hard in the gym 6 days a week with 6 cardio days . You guys will see my journey and transformation because after seeing some of your comments on my last post , it really gave me an idea on how awesome my followers are . You guys are my support group and believe it or not you guys are part of my fit family so thank you and watch me work . 💪🏾
👍🏾Fitness can get addictive but is that ever a bad thing ? If you're someone just starting your fitness journey , best personal advice I have for you is to do whatever you can possible to find the FUN , find the LOVE in fitness . If you're just doing it to please others YOU'LL LOSE. If you're doing it and getting frustrated because you're not losing weight or gaining muscle fast enough , YOU'LL LOSE . If you're someone who gives up easily , Guess what 👉🏿 YOU LOSE . It's a marathon not a race . One thing I always tell my clients is that ," IF IT TOOK YOU A WHOLE YEAR OR MORE TO GET TO THE BAD , THEN IT'LL TAKE YOU MORE THAN A MONTH OR TWO TO GET TO THE GOOD ." Think about that . Enjoy the journey .
