So, what makes a good Pandan Cake ?
To us, the perfect Pandan Sponge Cake best made from extracted juices from Pandan leaves (screwpine leaves), instead of artificial Pandan paste. The texture should be relatively moist, fluffy and light too. Our are filled with Creme Cheese and grated Cheedar Cheese, frosted with Pandan buttercream and topped with coconut crumbs. No colouring added.
Just like how we would always carry boxes of pineapple pastries from Taiwan or egg tarts from Hong Kong, our customer loves to carry along our Pure Pandan Cake on board 💚
