This weekend was all about learning, sharing and networking @juicecon_official @goodnature in @venicebeach_ca, the first US juice conference that will continue to take place for years to come! Pasta for 100. It was a fun event! Being the only vegan vendor, I couldn’t have been happier with how it went. Between serving a fellow vegan that kept coming back, and having people tell me that I brought flavors and concepts that they hadn’t seen in Casper before, made the whole night for me! That’s one very small step for me, but a huge step for veganism in this little community.

When I was a kid, I was teased a bit because quiche was my favorite food. I guess it just took everyone growing up a bit to appreciate it.
