optional but kinda required: *Vinegar(yes yes. ACV or VINO BLANCA)
*Nutritional Yeast(YES YES!!)
*bit o red onion
*u like spicey? Ok a TAD o' cayenne. 🔥💥.
*radish, cucumber, sprouts, or maybs grated carrot/basically whatevs~ dulse flakes, seaweed
THEN. get the black kale. De-stalk. Bowl. half an avo (+ or -), lemon juice, Acv... now MASSSAGE :::: get the avo all up in there. *rips the kale into pieces*. do you have a creamy mess? Ok, now add the 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅s, onion, minced dill, nutritional yeast, black pep, salt *if using*, cucumber, radish - whatever add ons. now mouthgasm. 💆🏽
