A little late on posting my vegan thanksgiving extravaganza, but oh dear was it AMAZING! 4 courses of flavorful, creative, and beautiful dishes at Blossom NYC. The first course was arugula beet salad with truffle oil dressing. My mom, grandma, and I all shared our appetizers of mushroom phyllo, filled zucchini flowers, and shiitake & parsnip ravioli. The main course is the Mecca of thanksgiving plates with parsnip mash, cranberry sauce, stuffing, roasted carrots & crusted seitan with gravy 🤤 The desserts were pumpkin pie & tiramisu. If you’re ever in NYC for thanksgiving this place is a must!!!
