Everyday I’m Yoga’ing, is that a thing? No? Well I just made it a thing. 🤷🏼♀️🧘🏽♀️ I like being able to practice in the room when no ones there, obviously I can’t take a picture of me in a pose- but the bridge is becoming my favorite, almost there too! Today was my first ever attempt at #ScorpionPose and I was shocked I could even get into this pose!! I’m so excited!! Give me a few months and these feet will be touching my head! Still working on opening my back. 😆🙌🏾
