We’re going to close out this year working on our health and fitness while enjoying the holidays and the most fun time of the year together! I’m in the last week of the at-home strength training/HIIT program I’ve been doing and when I wrap it up... IM GOING TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!! 🙌🏻✨ It’s just that good and has been the perfect program for Jared and I to commit to together! The workouts are 4 days on, 3 R&R days and only about 30-40 mins each time! 🔥 Slide left and see some incredible transformations from these gals who’ve already completed Round One of this program and then met me know if you’re ready to get started friend!! ❤️

I had only been a coach for one year and had earned this super exclusive (300 out of 350,000 coaches got to go 😳😍) all expenses paid trip to Scottsdale, AZ. After a decade of being a SAHM to focus on my babies. (I left my job as a personal banker after I delivered Andon. Jared and I both knew I needed to be HOME and I loved that season of life💕)This felt surreal in every way. To get to travel, to be around amazing, positive, driven women. To be earning an income again after leaving my job 10 years ago. And that I was earning even more now by helping women get healthy and fit blew my mind!! I remember being so excited and so nervous all at the same time. Since this trip I’ve been on so many more and love that I get to see the world by helping Moms get back to who they are. Jared always says I found my DREAM JOB!! Things have been quiet around here in terms of sewing as I have started school, a second job and yoga! I’ve been gone for a while! But in the time that I’ve been gone I’ve lost 23 pounds and started a vegetarian lifestyle! Lately I realized that I haven’t been sticking to the good habits that I started though, I’ve stopped meditating, going to the gym, doing yoga, and eating healthy, so before I mess up all the progress I’ve made I decided to start posting on this account again to really get back on track! If touching your toes feels impossible, you’re in luck! Here are some modifications you can use to practice Forward Fold, even if you can’t touch your toes 👍🏼

☝🏼IT’S OKAY TO BEND YOUR KNEES!!!!!
Bend as much as you need and work toward straightening them over time. If you have a block handy, use that for a little extra lift!

✌🏼BEND AT THE HIPS 🙅🏼‍♀️NOT AT THE SPINE
You want the “fold” to start at the hip joint. If your hammies are tight, it’s easy to bend at the spine. When you let the upper body hang on your vertebrae it wears on the cartilage in the spine. Not good! Keep the spine straight & long, letting the neck relax.
