Following this introductary class I will be starting a 4 week course every Thursday which will be priced at €35 for 4 weeks or €12 drop in (depending on availability. First come first served) 💚About the classes.
The classes will be 60 minutes. We will have a different focus and intension every week, but in every class we will practice the following.... Pranyama (Breathing Techniques)
Asanas (Physical Yoga Postures)
Meditation/Relaxation (turning our awareness inside/learning to quiten our mind) 💓What to bring/other info... 💫 A Yoga Mat

💫I will have a small number of spare mats if you need to borrow one.

Yoga is suitable for all ages and genders, regardless of any physical and mental limitations. Yoga is a personal practice, without competition or judgement, it is about doing what feels good for you in the present moment. Every pose can be modified to suite YOUR body. (I would ask that if you have a serious condition or injury that you contact me in advance to see if this particular class suits you ...
