Today’s run was was all lying to myself. I was trying to convince myself to cut the run short.
My legs felt like lead. It was hot. Especially during the last 5 km. I wanted to stop and cut the run short. I was saying to myself I can do the rest later. But 16 km was the number I needed to hit today to stay on track on my aggressive training plan. So I trick myself into running the distance... found new trail to run on, out and back, and incorporated a downhill part coming home. I even had to resort to the Beast Mode playlist. Well I did it. It was hard AF!!! My legs feel like it was run over by a truck. Buy yay!!! 16km or 10 miles 🤗🤗🤗
