Well we tried...I woke up this morning and my neck is killing me. I’ve apparently slept on it wrong. Paige has some shoulder pain from cheer camp and holding an extension for over 3 minutes 😁! Regardless we are both feeling exhausted and achey. We still went out but were only able to make it about half way through our workout before we threw in the towel because of our ailments. Life happens. 🤷🏼‍♀️. It’s not the end of the world 🌍 that we didn’t get it completed. You always have to listen to your bodies and rest when it’s needed. I get a fair amount of questions as to what I do and my current ‘regime’ for getting into shape - contest prep (preparing for a competitive bodybuilding sport) is no joke (lol) 😝 It’s tough work sure, but I choose to view it pretty positivity, if you are hating the process I have no idea why you would bother to do it 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I find ‘prep’ gets a bad rep for a number of reasons but alot of it has to do with the individual framing it in a negative light 💃🏻 To me it’s not negative, it gives me structure, allows me to push towards new goals (weight lifting, different foods etc), and I enjoy it! I’m always super hard on myself but I know I’m putting a lot of effort into me, and that’s all I can ask of myself!.

It’s slow and steady and for now this is how things are ‘shaping’ up:
✅ 7 days a week of activity.
✅ 6 meals a day.
✅ 5 workouts a week.
✅ 4 liters of water a day.
✅ 3 (pre/intra/post) supplement regime surrounding my workouts.
✅ 2 cardio sessions a day and 2 carb portions pre and post workout.
✅ 1 very big heart to do the best I can do FOR MYSELF - beating the last version of me and being the best version of me is all I could want (mmm maybe some shapely glutes too lol)!! I am continuing to see major changes in my glute attachments, my shoulders are sculpting sharper and my waist line is becoming more hour glass shaped 🙆🏻‍♀️🔥💕 It’s taking a lot of time and effect but it’s been a treat! 😊😊😊😊.
