~Transformation Tuesday ~
Me on the left was always self conscious. I would try all the "quick fixes". I never realized that balancing health and wellness really isn't that complicated at all. Overwhelmed with too much information and little time (so I thought , man having kids has changed this perception 😜) . Nothing ever seemed to give me consistent results . What I have come to learn today is that you can't cheat anything! You have to trust the process and trust that taking action and doing something IS the "secret". It's all about the tried and true, the basics. Exercising everyday- a min of 30 mins and fuelling your body properly with foods you will thrive on.
Since discovering a proper manageable routine and realizing my portions of even the healthiest of choices were way off, I've been able to think less and obsess less then ever before. I can honestly with certainty, I am happy and comfortable in my own skin. It didn't take thousands of dollars or hours in a gym. It didn't even take me away from my children. Early mornings and / or Nap times have become "me" times and that's how I've learned to balance it all in a day to take care of "Me". Being a little selfish is defiantly A-OK when you're investing in your health and future of your family . I am inviting you- and anyone that might need a simple solution, who likes structure, guidance and support. I've never met anyone yet to regret this positive change !
