You know what I've finally figured out? If it's not working, I can CHANGE IT. I just realized that I actually hate working out early in the morning. I like mornings to be slow and quiet and just me and Jesus in the dark. Working out early brings a rush to my morning that I just can't recover from - and then I'm rushed and frustrated all day. So, instead, I'm going on a long (strenuous, don't worry 😉) walk after I drop off Emily at school every day. It's outside, it's peaceful, and it still gives me a good amount of cardio without wrecking my attitude all day. So tell me. What's not working for you?
