DAY 2 in the BOOKS and was just as good if not better than yesterday!
I'm doing my best to stay true to my nutrition since exercise is light for me until the doctor clears me 🤗! Afternoon Shake --- YUMMY! I loved the spicy cocoa flavor and I drank that faster than my shake yesterday so may be my new go to!
1/2 TSP UNSWEETENED DARK COCOA POWDER 🍫
1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER 🌶️ I like everything SPICY so you can scale back the cayenne as needed!
And we had BREAKFAST for DINNER because I still have 600 bags (598 now 😉😂) of FRENCH TOAST from when the hubby bought 5 loaves of bread 🍞 !
I made my boys all the breakfast fixings... Eggs, BACON (cut it up small since we only had a pound because the 2 YEAR OLD eats it like crazy), fries potato hash and for me egg whites and a healthier hash of brussel sprouts, corn and jalapeno! Again I couldn't finish it all!
Drinking my cold hot chocolate which is quite yummy before diving into more personal development tonight and ready for tomorrow!!! 😘😘😘😘😘
