Well, I am in the home stretch of this Ultimate Reset. With Day 16 done, I have 5 more days and bit more adventurous foods to partake in.
I ate kale today... I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't as bad as I've heard it was. I would probably eat it
again, maybe paired with something different then JUST cauliflower. Lolol.
But I have been surprised by my ability to try and LIKE a lot of the new foods I've tried.
Let's hope day 17+ is just as good!
