Enjoying the little moments in life today☀️
There are so many things to have joy and to be grateful for in life but yet we often dwell on the more negative things. That thinking can easily set us up for a poor day and a negative mindset. Why do we do that to ourselves?..About 5 months ago I began writing down 3-5 positive/happy moments that happened that day before I go to sleep. Instead of focusing on "oh I didn't get this done" or "this one stupid thing ruined my day", I focus on what made me smile, laugh or bring joy to me that day. Taking time to do this each night has created my mind set to become so positive on a regular basis. I almost always wake up with a smile on my face now, ready to start a new day. A happy fresh start to each and every day💛When I first began I occasionally found it difficult to find "so many" positive things that happened that day. Now... I can write a list for days! This is because I was able to alter my thinking a little and find that there is happiness in even the smallest of things 💭 .
Get yourself a little journal/notepad/calendar/napkin or whatever and put this to the test. Challenge yourself...see how this can change your life🌎
