Welcome new followers!
A lot of my new followers are sending me PM’s asking me about whether I’m on a health journey. My answer is no not really, as that would suggest there is a beginning and an end. I’m just trying to take each day as it comes and do the best I can, that day with the tools I have under my belt. I am trying to build a larger toolkit, ie the Pilates Instructor training course. -
I see a lot of health guru people showing what they have in there fridge. So I thought I would show you what I have in mine. Yep that’s right, wedged between the lemongrass paste and the wasabi paste is, baby teethers (I’m a childminder and I have friends who pop in with babies all the time, so I like them cold and ready) and nail varnish (I read once that they last longer if kept in the fridge, I don’t paint my nails that often so they live here). -
The rest of the stuff in my fridge is the normal stuff, fruit, veg, eggs and a gallon of condiments. I love sauces. I’m not going to show other pictures of my fridge as it is not interesting and will look I’m sure just like urs. When I’m trying to eat healthy, I try to cook food myself, not use pre-bought items (including condiments), and keep portion size down by adding a shed load of veggies underneath. So I just made beef stir fry and took half the amount I normally would but instead filled that empty half up with raw chopped cabbage. This is so you don’t feel hungry afterwards. Nothing worse than feeling hungry. -
