It’s often times scary and uncomfortable to open up and talk about our fears to somebody else. Why? Because they are f**king mental. It’s not easy, but when we do open up, it feels so good. It feels as if all the stigmatization and shame surrounding our minds, disappears - and we start to look at things for what they are and not for what they might become (ever got stuck in a pattern asking yourself: ‘what if?’). And sometimes maybe we don’t need to talk. Sometimes we just need to sing, exercise or maybe even do the dishes (the latter reminds me of something🤔) in order to stay focused and relaxed.
Anyhow, no matter who we are and no matter where we came from, we all have thoughts and feelings. It’s important to find our own ways on how to handle them! It’s not easy, but definitely doable💯 #staypositive #mentalhealthawareness @hopefortheday
