I have to thank Facebook TimeHop for this one. A year ago I was sitting pretty in the Bahamas feeling good in my body. Rocking the thickness. [ this was 3 months before I started back on my journey : I weighted about 180ish] ••• I always think the funniest question I get is how long did it take you? My first thought is, if I told you 2 months or 2 years would it make a difference ••• Time passes regardless, you can chose to better yourself or stay the same. The choice is yours. ------------------------------ &&& because I know people will ask I started my journey back in June 2012 - I lost 60 pounds in 5 months and then maintained for 2.5 years and then continued to lose the same 10 pounds over and over again. Not until Aug 2016 did I get serious again starting at 183 and now down to 153.. #motivationmonday is to drop some more weight and come in tighter for my next show in just under 2 weeks so I can get some more detail in my backside which is my weaker side. If I can come down 5-10lbs I think will give me a better look. Let's see what we can do ! Time to work !
