NEVER SKIP A MONDAY
Starting your week back to work, back to waking up to an alarm is probably what makes Mondays pretty terrible for a lot of people
I try to keep myself on track by never skipping a Monday workout.
In fact, I try to always stay active on Sunday, so that Monday doesn't feel so much like..Monday 🙄
I actually have a few 'rules' that I use to trick myself into being consistent and working hard in the gym.
First of all, I don't skip Mondays or Fridays, and the weekends still count. If you follow just those two, you've already worked out three out of seven days!
Don't let a case of the Mondays set you back with any goal you're trying to achieve 💪🏽
