Every Monday morning, rain, sleet, or snow, I take a spin class, then I take a weight training class (Body Pump) directly after. I love taking classes with an instructor I really connect with (TJ), with people who are regulars like I am. We look out for each other by saving a bike for someone who's running behind, and whoever gets in first sets up benches and weights for Body Pump. Today was a struggle to get to the gym, ended up working later then usual then had to go run some errands and finally had to cook dinner for Stephanie and my son before going to the gym...after cooking I sat in my couch and just thought maybe I'll skip today and just stay here on the couch.

Well I made sure to squash that thought by taking some pre workout and waiting for it to kick in....after getting to the gym I felt way better and killed my workout even harder since I was trying to get out of it

As you could probably tell by my face I was a little disappointed in myself and my workout tonight. I didn't realize til it was too late that I was hungry when I got to the gym 😞 I did what I could and came home and made a protein shake.
