This evening I completed #PWR week 1 legs & abs. I also got a chance to practice yoga after my workout today. We did a lot of stretches for calves, shins, and hamstrings. This was a much-needed session after the leg day🙏🏽

What day is it today? When I woke up this morning, I swore it must be Friday already! 😂

My hubby told me it’s only Tuesday, which is a long ways from Friday! 😳

So the temptation was strong to skip my workout today. I got banished to my bedroom today unless I wanted an audience in the basement! Uh...no!

But at least I can say I got one thing done on my to-do list today. I took care of ME! I made time for me, worked out some of the stress, and felt so much better when I was done.

I'm back and have finally completed #bbgweek70arms after taking an unplanned rest week last week. I just wasn't fully recovered from having the flu and wasn't feeling 100% most days. I had enough other things going on last week that needed my attention so I let the workouts be, but I'm glad I did bc now I'm healthy again and back at it. I guess today is the start of the yearly #12weekchallenge - who is just starting #bbg for the first time? I remember how hard it was - and it still is!
