Happy Monday!!!! Yassss, a brand new week, fresh start, and Monday motivation to start this day and week! Creating habits that will last a lifetime. This morning I wanted to sleep in, I was so tired but then I realized sleeping in is not going to help me reach my goals💚 in order for change to occur you have to do the unthinkable, you have to push yourself even when motivation is not there. So here I am, up at 5:00 hubby’s lunch packed and I’m sipping on my mom juice. Personal development about to go down, prayers, gratitude and words of affirmation will be up next.
