According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 250,000 new jobs were created last month!

What’s this mean?! Hiring numbers are up, wages are up and the total number of workers and job seekers are up as well!

According to @NerdWallet, ONLY 38% of recent graduates negotiate their salary (upon receiving a job offer) despite 75% of employers admitted to typically offering some 'wiggle room'.
