Indian independence day is around the corner and tricolour fever /fervor in the air is a big creative inspirer. Inspiration bug caught me 😊and resulted in a combo of saffron, white and green dips to go with the crepe this morning for breakfast 😄😋😉💕.
Simply put it is traditional "neer dose" with Rajmudi rice from @organicmandya and three colourful chutneys - spicy, sweet, tangy tomato chutney,
ginger, fenugreek flavoured coconut chutney and a
flavourful, tongue tingling mint cilantro one.
Genuine happiness is the feeling 😃
