Instagram is being stupid, so here's a speedy breakdown of Days 7 & 8 of the #30DayGymChallenge because yesterday's post is apparently still loading... 🤔 . . .
Day 6 was a quick home workout with Challenges, helping a friend rearrange furniture and a 2 hour trek around Asda 😂 Food included Cinnamon Grahams, leftover Salmon and an oven cooked Chicken Burger with Pickles and a handful of chips, as well as a cheeky 🥥 Macaroon . . .
Day 7 was a bowl of Micro Porridge, an ever so healthy Pot Noodle and now, I have no idea, because out food and kitchen stuff is everywhere in readiness for a new boiler coming tomorrow Inshallah 🙃 No time for snacks when you're working (which is a good thing), and exercise included Challenges and a load of stock rearranging 😇 Only downside to this weekend is that I haven't drunk enough 💦💦 so will be topping up now. . . .
My weekend was fine until I got home to find that some people really don't understand the effect that their actions have on those around them 😶 . . .
But on another note, here's a picture of my friends' kitten looking quite confused 😸 Happy Sunday Y'all 😸 . . .
