Yesterday's Revive class @groundedstudios was sequenced around the intention of two of the prominent nadi's - Ida and Pingala. These are two of the 72 000 energy channels through the body and are connected to your left and right nostrils. Ida, cooling, calming energy associated with the moon. And Pingala, fire energy associated with the sun. We aimed to balance these two energies with both pranayam and asana - both breath and body. This morning I woke up feeling so greatful and grounded and realized it had been way too long since I last had used my nedi pot to support the balance of these Nadi's. Isnt it funny how quickly we eb and flow in and out of balance? The key is to have moments of pause. To check in with your body. I invite you today to reflect on how grounded and balanced you feel and then pursue that feeling.
