Wanted to share a transformation pic that’s focussed on my measurements and not my weight. The scales are a good way of tracking progress but I can find them a to be bit of a demotivating shit-slab at times.
The number on the scale might not change, but if you are eating a balanced diet, making sure you are in a calorie deficit and moving more it’s more than likely the numbers on the tape measure are changing! As I mentioned last Sunday I carry my size around my middle which can lead to health problems such as type 2 diabetes. Considering both my parents have diabetes I feel like it was a good shout to do summit’ about it.

Also want to give a shoutout to my posture which for me has been the biggest change, weight training has strengthened my back meaning I don’t have as much of that ‘hunched’ look anymore 💪🏽
