Dinner was THIS🤗 nourishing roasted root veggies and grain bowl!! it’s full seasonal veggies! the best. roasted delicata squash, carrots, sweet potato with turmeric quinoa & sautéed spinach topped with a soft boiled egg🥚 to make: add to boiling water for 6 mins then transfer to a bowl of ice water for at least 10. it always peels perfectly if I wait until the egg is cooled! sprinkle goat cheese and microgreens on top and add half a sliced avoBAE🥑🔥👍🏼 have a goodnight loves!!!✨ #nbkbowls #nourishedbykale

1 1/2C fresh basil 🍃, 1/2C raw cashews (unsoaked), 3Tbs lemon juice, 1/4C olive oil, 2Tbs nutritional yeast, 1 garlic clove, pepper and pink sea salt to taste. lemon pepper salmon baked at 350 for 13 mins then broiled for 1 with avocado oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and oregano👌🏽 so so good!! hope you had the best day loves!!❤️ #nbkbowls #nourishedbykale - #regrann
