Day #6 Paschimottanasana is a pose that I'm always conscious about when doing because i have tight hamstrings and a curve in my spine. I always try to have a strait back for the first couple of the day. When your back is strait and sit bones are tilted back with toes engaged towards face, it really fire's up your hamstrings👌
