Push your resting hand into the bench, externally rotating it so the inside of your elbow is facing forward and your wenis (I’ve always wanted to use that word) facing back. "Busy" is an illusion. We all have time for the things we deem important, whether that be health or something else. The key to making time for healthy activities or practices is to plan ahead and sneak them in whenever possible 🌿 .
I am a HUGE fan of meal prepping - it prepares you for success and ensures that you don't come home from work/school ravenous and eat quick, processed foods that are readily available. Spending 2-3 hours on Sundays preparing meals + snacks for the week ahead is incredibly important and will make eating healthy all week long a breeze 👌🍓 . Check out your favorite healthy Instagram accounts for inspiration or even @pinterest - there are so many incredible ND's, holistic nutritionists, and food bloggers sharing delicious recipes! 🥑❤ .
I also love to sneak in exercise whenever I can, since I don't always have the time to spend an hour in the gym. For me, this means walking to school most days instead of taking transit. I feel so much more energized by the time I get to school, and I enjoy listening to my favorite podcasts on my walks🎙🌄. There are also tons of at-home body weight workouts you can do that only take around 15 minutes! .

Remember that this is just one more round of finals (we've already successfully made it through so many!), one small blip in the overall journey and process. We're on our way to a bigger, greater calling. 🌎
Numbers on a paper don't define you ~ your value could never be reduced to that. What lives do you touch? How do you make a difference in the world? In what ways do you work for positive change? How do you help your fellow journeying souls in their search for peace and truth? This is what's most important. *
Yes, the information we're covering has its place. But we should never expect to know it all anyway, and the most relevant things will ultimately float to the top ~ so much will simply be learning as we go. *
So soak in what you can, and, beyond that, TRUST that you will know (or be able to look up) what you need to know when you need to know it. Learn for the sake of expansion and growth .. and ultimately, in response to this noble, incredible calling we have to heal bodies, minds, lives. 🌟

I don't know what I would do without my business besties and my coach. ⠀

I'd be sure to feel o so lonely, isolated and really frustrated that no one really gets what it is that I am doing.⠀

But in contrast, I feel like I have a cheer squad. A team of incredible peeps who have my back, understand me and are there when I need support, a high five or simply a nudge in the right direction.⠀

If you're doing it solo, ask yourself how it's working out for you.⠀
