I can't take full credit for this soup. My Amazing sister @megtherhn sent out this Silky Zucchini Soup recipe at the beginning of the week to kick off the #septsoupchallenge.
I added a few personal twists to the soup to help support my growing belly!
This soup contains zucchini, onion, garlic, bone broth, coconut oil, coconut milk, and MORINGA Leaf from my friends @threetreasurestonics and @soulfoodsgrocer!
I love this time of year when all the fresh ingredients can get plucked right out from the garden!
I topped my soup off with alfalfa and sunflower sprouts, basil, and a blend of my #seedycheese to add some more natural supplements to my meal :) What gave this soup the gorgeous green colour? 🍃 Moringa Leaf Powder is a great addition (especially for expectant Mamas out there) as it contains 14X the amount of iron then spinach! It also contains all 9 essential amino acids, is a rich source of potassium (which helps with fluid balance), vitamin A + C, and is a great source of calcium (for our bones and our babies!)
