We are the reckless, we are the wild youth!
#natureismyinspiration

I'm learning more and more about health and the way the body works, and I'm feeling so clear and free in how I communicate with my physical vessel. My stomach has always been an issue. For as long as I can remember, most foods simply haven't "sat right" with me. I've gone through long bouts of IBS. I've worked up my tolerance to certain foods (like veggies), but overall, nearly everything I eat gives me gas and causes bloating. It's simply something I've learned to live with and it's been so painful and embarrassing. As I dive further into self care and holistic nutrition, I have found that what's causing this seems to be a lack of enzymes in my digestive track. Certain enzymes are created and secreted by our bodies to break down the foods we eat. If we're not making these enzymes ourselves, foods that require them in order to be broken down, wind up hanging out in our systems - undigested...causing symptoms like gas, bloating, constipation, allergies, heart burn, weight gain, etc. I started taking these natural capsulized enzymes a couple of weeks ago, and whoaaaa!!! They're helping me so much. I continue to make "clean" food choices, but they're really assisting me in processing everything I'm consuming, leaving no waste behind to reek havoc on my insides. What's also awesome, is that they help you to better absorb the nutrients you ARE getting - through the things you're eating. I'm really looking forward to how these glorious "nature's helpers" will assist me in the long run. I'm no longer uncomfortable and it feels amazing. I do still fart here and there (especially in the morning), but that shit is kind of funny. I wouldn't want the butt horn to completely disappear. 🤣 Gratitude for these outstanding superfoods. Gratitude for this temple of mine that deserves the best treatment. Gratitude for the knowledge I'm gaining as I grow. 💙🙏

Energy likes to move. It doesn’t want to stay still. It’s called stagnation. Growth happens when energies are moving. Expansion happens when energies are exploring. So why not apply this into your meditation practice? Practicing free flow meditation on my walk today. I included the link to more information on this in my profile. Happy meditating/reading. 🌿

;-) #masmagdahlartiste #shortvideo #campagne #countryside #sound #natureismyinspiration #femmesorciere #witch #shortwriting #turlututu

Some cuteness overload for today. Although I am a bit afraid of not "BEE"-ing  stung by them I respect them and I love them for their role in our existence.
So I made these cute earrings with 2 tiny bees and some purple Swarovski crystals. .

Hey, have you seen this great LIVE program happening this week?? I am participating in the teeniest way, too---I've written a blog post for PBS Learning Media, which will be posted Friday. It includes a couple of very creative activities that can be done in the classroom or as a family. I'll post a link on Friday. Watch it! And watch it with kids if you have 'em because the hosts are the Kratt Brothers.
Here's a description of the program from PBS:
"What happens in the Alaskan wilderness in late July affects the animals’ survival and well-being for the remainder of the year. With some of largest areas of wilderness left on Earth, Alaska is the best place in the world to see the huge animals and top predators in all their glory. The three-night live presentation also explores the challenges of preserving America’s last frontier, as scientists, filmmakers, photographers and other experts gather there to tell some of the planet’s extraordinary wildlife stories."
