Been meaning to bake with matcha for ages. So today I whipped up some spelt, matcha and vanilla cupcakes with raw cacao frosting. Receita: Cozinhe o millet com cenoura ralada e sal.
Assim que estiver bem cozidinho, add cebola picada, azeitona picada, coentros ou salsa, pimenta moída na hora, pitada de cúrcuma e se te apetecer um pouco de mostarda Dijon.
Para dar liga, add pão ralado ou farinha de Arroz/Aveia.
Faça bolinhas e coloque para assar 15/20 min.
Dica: Para quem gosta de mais crocância é só fritar direto no óleo bem quente.
