Chest day. When ppl ask me what I do for chest? 1 word.. Wide grip bench presses. I don have diamond grip, nor close grip or what so ever.. All I'm focus is to get the muscles moving and using them muscles at an angle my triceps kicks in least. Focus on presses first before going for those fancier ones. Thanks to an advice from a pro when I was in an Ipoh gym many years back when I was in town to shoot for a TV series. I was doing cablecross and he walks over and asked me... What r u doing? N I replied chest. He said what chest?.. LoL i was taken aback but truthfully, i had flat ripped chest back then without volume.. So he told me to focus on them presses and get the volume up 1st which I did.
