Crazy week leading up to this PR. I was averaging out on 6 hours of sleep, skipped breakfast and barely ate much throughout the week, long days where I was on my feet for 9-10 hours straight coaching. And I made a vow to myself that following week I would hit my 8 hours of sleep and make the following a better week from before. -
Trying to have a positive mindset when things don’t go planned is a challenge itself, when it’s easier said than done. But, changing something that you have control over, where you can take a step forward is important to progress. There will be many more bad days than good, but it is how you adapt and react to the situation.
