Aren't the mountains beautiful? Shades of grey granite offset by the remnants of winter snow. And the smooth, bank of rolling cloud that stretches as far as the eye can see? Equally intriguing to look at. But did you notice the log cabin on the hill in the foreground? I find that often in life, I lose myself in the big picture and I fail to see and acknowledge the part of the story that's right in front of me, or even within me. We're so prone to looking for answers 'out there' rather than starting with ourselves. The older I get, the more I find the answers to many of my questions are not 'out there' but rather, right in front of me.
