How to Build Strong and Stable Shoulders Part 2. Dynamic control of your shoulder joint it critical...

🔹The Rotator Cuff's main function is dynamic stability. That means controlling your arm in the shoulder joint while moving it.
🔸The Serratus Anterior helps in keeping your shoulder blade in the proper position when using your arm.
🔹Both of these functions are worked on in these exercises!
🔸The first variation is to get comfortable with what it feels like to move the arm with a stable shoulder joint.
🔹The second variation is designed to improve your overhead stability.
🔸It is important to build strength and stability in the positions that you are going to train in!
🔹These are great as a warmup exercise before overhead lifts and prehab for the shoulders!

Here we find an Olivia in her natural habitat 😛 (being goofy per usual) during the weekends me and Blane make sure we are extra goofy and silly.
