Last night was incredible... I don't even know where to begin!! There were SOOOO many competitors, and so many incredible physiques. That just makes me feel even more blessed and humbled to have been awarded 1st in both my Novice (B) and Open (C) divisions! I am incredibly proud that I was able to complete this prep as my own coach and place how I did through my own hard work! I am so blessed to have so many incredible people standing behind me, pushing me to do my best and supporting me. Thank you to everyone who screamed their lungs out for me in the audience and waited for hours to see me on stage, I love you all so much! I know it's not your top choice Saturday night, but it means the world to me ❤️❤️ thank you to everyone on social media who has sent kind messages and people around the world who were rooting for @kamfit and I! We would not be here without you all!❤️ Kamil and I are more assured than ever at how blessed we are! 🙌🏻

I'm at the point in this cut where all I want is a big, juicy burger 😝 It's not that I "can't" have that, but to me it's counterproductive. Eating that many calories, fat and carb macros in one meal just isn't what I want to do at this point. I do believe that refeeds are beneficial when in a caloric deficit, so I will wait to indulge in my burger needs until next weekend. Talk about self control 🍔 Happy Monday! Make yourself proud today.

My client Latrise killed this circuit! She had 30 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible. End result 480 reps total 6 laps around the gym. Very proud!

Do you hydrate properly? Are you achieving the proper amount of water a day (2.2L Female, 3L male: minimum)? If not, it's time to trade in the soda or sugary sports drink for some high quality H2O! There is seriously a seemingly infinite list of reasons as to why water is important, but let's just go with the obvious one... YOUR BODY IS MOSTLY (~60+/- %) WATER!! 💦💧

My tip is to start your day, before anything, but drinking a full glass of water (~8oz). For the larger individuals, that number can increase, I drink close to 1L before I start my day! Drinking water before you eat with help kick start your metabolism, and help curb hunger as well! So drink a glass before every meal!🥞🍔 ➖➖➖➖
You'll never catch me without my water bottle, so don't let me catch you without yours!!
