I'm at the point in this cut where all I want is a big, juicy burger 😝 It's not that I "can't" have that, but to me it's counterproductive. Eating that many calories, fat and carb macros in one meal just isn't what I want to do at this point. I do believe that refeeds are beneficial when in a caloric deficit, so I will wait to indulge in my burger needs until next weekend. Talk about self control 🍔 Happy Monday! Make yourself proud today.
