JULY GOALS :: When I was tagged, by the lovely @mindbodysweat 👌🏻to share my June goals, I knew to postpone it until July. ::As you all know I have been in what I call the "maintenance phase" throughout June.... Although, June has been amazing. ::Tyler and I enjoyed our first month of marriage, were guests at both of our good friend's weddings; one in Washington State & one in Calistoga & traveled for 3 1/2 weeks across country and back! :::It was an incredible experience. We ate as well as we could & worked out whenever possible. Now that we are back in action, it is time to hop back on the horn and make some progress 👌🏻💃🏼✨
1️⃣Integrate yoga into my weekly routine at least three days a week.
2️⃣Double my intake of fruits & vegetables.
3️⃣Continue with resistance training- specifically @kayla_itsines BBG program.
4️⃣Study for, take & pass my #nasm certified personal training course.
5️⃣Incorporate additional weight training into my weekly routine.
