Here I am hitting a new squat PR of 285 lbs for a double. First time hitting this weight after working sets of 5 and heavy triples. Very happy with this and I am finally getting used to a narrow stance squat.
Some weeks you will struggle with your lifts and other days everything feels light. Regardless you got to keep on grinding. Consistency and a never give up attitude is key. Let`s go get it!
