Yesterday was a long day and I didn’t get enough sleep 💤 so it didn’t help make today’s brand new workout any easier.

My quads burnt out on me on the squat lunges, I am not able to do a single leg pike, and burpees are back in the game (with a push-up). I could have thrown in the towel but instead I used it to wipe the sweat off my face and keep going.

We don’t get better by doing the same things over and over again. We get better by constantly pushing ourselves and trying new things. I may not be able to do a single leg pike yet but you better believe in 4 weeks I will be able too!

My relationship with food has completely changed with this program. The girl on the right hasn’t had wine or a drink since the photo on the left was taken. The girl on the right hasn’t had processed foods or dessert since the photo on the left was taken.

Some people will say they don’t see a huge difference in these photos and you know what that is okay. This is my journey, no one else’s. I do see a change. I see a change in my strength, in my energy, in my mood. For example, this TOM I had very limited mood swings, I had fewer cramps, and had fewer cravings. I am sleeping so much better and I wake up ready to start my day.

This journey is so much more than a numbers game. But if you want to know my numbers I am down 3 pounds and 5.25 inches in between these photo.
