Seriously though, I was so low on energy this morning, just exhausted! Spent the weekend days redecorating and cleaning the house, worked nights (which I normally don’t), blah, blah, blah.... I was so close to using these EXCUSES as a reason to sleep all day... telling myself I’d workout “later” and I deserved the extra sleep on my day off .
Instead, I did my workout at my usual time... first thing in the morning!! It’s truly the best (and hardest) part of my day. After I push through this, the rest of the day seems so much easier to tackle! Also, I always have more energy after!!! Had I skipped this, I probably would have been sluggish all day and not accomplished everything I wanted to .
