We sat down with one of our top employees, Adam Yutzy, to ask him a few questions.
How long have you worked at PWI?
"7 years (started in March of 2010)"
Tell us a little about yourself:
"I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Erika for 5 years and I’m the proud father of three boys.(Chase, Myles, and Liam) I was born and raised in Nappanee and I drive a 1993 Ford F-150. In my spare time I like to play basketball, go boating, shoot guns, and do some woodworking."
What is your current job title?
"I am a general fabricator and production assistant"
What does your day normally consist of?
"After the employee morning meeting, I reviews prints with our production coordinator and discuss the day’s jobs with our shop foreman. Bridge cranes, work platforms, freight elevators, customized power lifters, and mezzanine structures are just some of the projects that I work on everyday. I also answer any questions that the other fabricators in our shop might have."
What do you like most about your job?
"I like that PWI is a Christian based company. I like that PWI is flexible with vacation days and always understanding of last minute requests. I like working in a clean facility with people that are easy to get along with!"
We thank Adam for his great attitude and skill set he brings to the team here at PWI! Without people like Adam, PWI could never maintain the level of ingenuity, punctuality, and quality that our customers expect. #pwi #indiana #nappanee #cranes
