Drinking ALLLLLLL the water today (and everyday) aiming to drink 75-100oz per day!
I used to drink a soda a day 🍭, lots of sugary juice🍊, fat filled milk🐄, and I would always drink water.... just never really paid attention to how much I was getting.... Turns out on an average day I was only drinking about 50oz of 💧water 😳
...NO WONDER I gained so much weight, had terrible acne, my hair was brittle, lots of headaches, and felt exhausted all the time!
Water is SOOOOO IMPORTANT for our bodies! And remember we need our bodies more than they need us! 😜
Water: -is great for our skin & complexion
-helps our digestive system do its job
-promotes weight loss
-boosts our immune systems -increases energy & relieves fatigue ..... so so much more! 😍😍😍 Who will make a commitment with me to TRADE one sugary drink for one water this week? How about per day?
