Nanna naps and massages, long luxurious baths and meditation + pleasure practices + herbs and good nutrition are all what allow me to be my shiniest and best most loving self 🌟
Don’t fall into the martyr trap of over doing , over giving, people pleasing and leaving yourself last. That doesn’t help anyone, in fact over doing will attract’s underdoers, people expect more of you and you end up in a silly cycle of guilt + doing too much, feeling stressed and depleted.
