Yeah we know you're busy but if you make a really honest appraisal of how you spend your time on your daily activities, you would be amazed at much time you actually have to put in some work out.
Dont forget exercise isn't just for weight loss but should be done by everyone to sustain and / or improve ones overall health and fitness. The erroneous belive that you must go to the gym or workout for about 30mins to an hour for it to 'count ' should stop. So many little efforts done over time is better than doing nothing at all.
At home workout videos, skipping, running up and down the stairs, brisk walks are all helpful
