❤️💪🏼Over 55’s classes started because I knew that people who fell into this age bracket needed strength training and to gain more mobility. The success stories come weekly but when I hear things like this it really makes me smile.....

Following on from last post here is a very simple wrist warm up flow this actually took 4.5 mins no equipment needed and I highly recommend you doing this prior to most training where you will be using front rack position or handstands etc. .

3 ways to help improve your front rack position with a barbell. .
Get into your front rack position with an empty barbell. Then question yourself where is tight ❓ask your coach to look at your position and give feedback❗️even take a photo to see how it looks if you are alone

Now spend a few minutes on each of the following areas 🔹Wrists
🔹T-Spine
🔹 Lats
to mobilise them, use a foam roller, ball, bands, bodyweight and barbell. .
Once you have addressed these areas grab the barbell and get back into front rack position. It should feel better, it should look better, However this is not a quick fix it’s more than lightly something you may need to work on long term and use as a pre warmup along with your normal routine 🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻💪

Two weeks ago strength was low, emotions were high so I thought try something different, something that you can progress on and that will also translate into other movements.
I always loved looking at people doing this and wanted to try but just never gave it a go. Well after a many tries and several goes of failing and flapping around I managed to get it on my left arm 😊💪 still to master the hand standing and handstand walking but baby steps and feeling positive. .
