My story---I've been debating for a while whether or not I wanted to start this Instagram page. Being vulnerable in my journey to a healthier me is a bit intimidating. But I've realized that sharing my journey, holding myself accountable and surrounding myself with likeminded people outweighs all of my fears.
I'm going to be 100% honest...I'm not 100% vegan...yet. I'm currently 5 days away from the due date of my third child. I've worked really hard to be as vegan as possible throughout this entire pregnancy, but sometimes, cravings happen. Also, the hospital where we will be delivering doesn't offer all vegan food options. So that will derail me a little as well. However, I'm maintaining as much of a vegan diet as possible and staying 100% vegetarian. Im very proud of how far I've come these last nine months.
My goal is, once baby is out of my body and I've regained 100% control, that's when I'll go 100% vegan and I couldn't be more excited! Veganism is something I believe very strongly in and I want to help others see how positively it can change your life.
I'm also very excited to return to hard, butt kicking workouts again once my doctor gives the all clear, post pregnancy. I used to be a personal trainer. Not being able to be as active as I would like for the last 9months has been killing me.
So thank you for following me along in this journey of creating a better and healthier me!
