Oh man. I remember vividly the day I had my son take that photo on the right for me. I was a few months off of running my marathon and I had gained the infamous post marathon 15 pounds. My metabolism was shot, I felt weak and when I looked in the mirror that day I didn’t recognize myself. I said to myself this is it, I’m done, this is NOT WHO I AM. I was not going to be this person, this was not the example I was going to be for my boys. This was my rock bottom and I’ve never looked back, other than to pat myself on the back for how damn far I’ve come. This didn’t happen over night, it was a series of small changes that happened over 18 months. This is not the end for me, I’ve got bigger goals. Never stop. Keep going. GET IT DONE. NO EXCUSES. @russellsumfitness I’m forever grateful to you, your knowledge and support in assisting me in my massive transformation. I am so excited for what is next, and thrilled you’ll be in my corner.
