Ever suddenly panic about how to come out of a balance and decide that the only logical thing you can do is to fall side ways...yeah, same 👀🤦🏼♀️ As originally promised, here is me falling with ‘great grace’...although I can’t actually practice yoga right now, I feel like this video sums up the first day back at uni and the sprained ankle feels right now.
I fall over and lose my balance a lot in yoga, and I mean a lot, but why the heck would I post this,when frankly, I look ridiculous? Because what I love most about this video is that maybe 5 minutes after this fall I held my first ever headstand. The headstand which gave me the confidence to start FreYogi. This fall was just part of my journey, and so is my weak ankle but who knows what’s waiting down the road.
